[BUSINESS NAME] / [BUSINESS ADDRESS]) and a quick legal review, particularly of the liability and governing-law sections, before it should be treated as final. These terms are an agreement between you and [BUSINESS NAME], [BUSINESS ADDRESS] ("VoltMark," "we," "us"), covering your use of voltmarkapp.com and the VoltMark application. By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.
VoltMark is a study product to help you prepare for an electrical licensing exam: practice questions, a diagnostic readiness check, code lookups, and exam simulations built to match your state's real exam format. VoltMark is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by NFPA, the National Electrical Code, PSI, TDLR, or any state or local licensing authority, and using VoltMark does not guarantee passing your exam or obtaining a license.
You can use VoltMark as a guest without an account; progress is then tied to your device only. Creating an account (email/password or Google sign-in) lets your progress follow you across devices. You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for what happens under your account.
Paid plans are billed at the price shown to you at checkout, on the schedule shown at checkout (monthly or one-time, depending on the plan). Payment is processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel; canceling stops future charges but does not itself trigger a refund of the current period.
Complete the study path (30 study sessions and 3 full exam simulations, tracked automatically in your Account tab) and pass your exam, or get a full refund and free access until you pass. This is the exact guarantee shown in the app at the time of purchase; if the two ever conflict, the guarantee text shown to you at checkout controls.
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your Account settings; you'll keep access through the end of the period you already paid for. Outside of the pass-or-money-back guarantee above, purchases are otherwise final, except where required by law or at our discretion for a genuine billing error.
Don't share your account, scrape or redistribute the question bank, or attempt to interfere with the service. We may suspend an account that does.
We work to keep practice content accurate and current with the code edition and exam format for your state, and every question links to its real code citation. Exam formats and code editions change; always confirm current requirements with your licensing board before your exam. VoltMark's content is for study purposes and is not a substitute for the official code book or your licensing board's own materials.
VoltMark is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the product, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
If we make a material change, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify account holders by email.
